CONCORD, CA — Phone and email service is not working today for city employees in Concord's Civic Center complex, city officials said Thursday. The problem is disrupting the city's planning, engineering and building departments, but police and parks and recreation employees are not affected, city officials said.
Residents trying to reach the Building Department can call 925-457-2880 or 925-367-5975. Those trying to reach Engineering can call 925-671-3361 and those trying to reach Building can call 925-766-8192.
