Concord Restaurants Named Best Of The East Bay

CONCORD, CA — Readers of Diablo Magazine named several Concord restaurants the “Best of the East Bay” in 2023.

In the Bagels category, the winner is House of Bagels with multiple locations including 2151 Salvio St. in Concord.

The top Brewery/Taproom winner is Epidemic Ales of Concord. Sheena Kawakami wrote enthusiastically, "[Epidemic Ales] not only creates delicious, award-winning beers, but also supports an inclusive environment—[in part] women-owned in a male-dominated industry! It is a comfortable venue that is dog- and kid-friendly, and hosts fun events and food trucks."

The winner of the Diner category is Digger's Diner in Concord.

If you need a refreshing break from the heat, Loard's is the runner-up in the Ice Cream category.

If you are craving Indian Food, Naan 'n' Curry of Concord is the runner-up in the category.

If you have children then you've probably visited Skipolini’s Pizza of Concord, which was the runner-up in the Kid-Friendly category.

And the final restaurant recognized in Concord is Kevin’s Noodle House in the Vietnamese Restaurant category.
