Man With Stroller Arrested Leaving A Sephora Store: Watch

Police arrested a man who walked out of a Sephora store with a stroller filled with cosmetics suspected of being stolen.

CONCORD, CA — Police arrested a man and a woman on suspicion of taking merchandise from a Concord Sephora store including at least half a dozen items concealed in a baby stroller under a baby blanket.

A Sephora employee called police to report two people inside the store he suspected were concealing "a bunch of merchandise."

"Hi, I'm calling from the Sephora store," a man's voice can be heard on a recording. "We have a bunch of incidents."

Police arrested the man outside the store in The Veranda shopping center at 2075 Diamond Blvd.

Inside the stroller, officers found boxes and containers of cosmetics.

Police stopped a second suspect, a woman who left the store carrying a small Sephora bag.

Police searched and arrested her.

The arrests were recorded by one of the Concord Police Department's remote drone cameras.
