CONCORD, CA — A preliminary 2.6-magnitude earthquake jolted the East Bay early Thursday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The epicenter was in Concord, along the Concord Fault.
The tremblor happened at 3:50 a.m., according to the USGS.
