School Starts Thursday For Mt. Diablo Unified Students

CONCORD, CA—Summer is almost over for most Concord students. The first day of school in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District is Thursday, Aug. 8.

Here are some of the important 2024-25 schoolyear dates to get on the calendar:

• First Day: Thursday, Aug. 8
• Labor Day: Sept. 2
• Fall Recess: Oct. 7-11
• Thanksgiving Recess: Nov. 25-29
• Winter Recess: Dec. 23-Jan. 3
• Spring Recess: April 7-14
• Last Day: Tuesday, June 3
