Carjacking Suspect Leads Police in Brief Car Chase

A carjacking suspect led police today on a vehicle chase for about two minutes that began in Venice and ended in Culver City, a police officer said.

The chase began at 10:08 a.m. in the area of Lincoln and Venice boulevards and ended about two minutes later, somewhere in Culver City, said Los Angeles police officer Rosario Herrera of the Media Relations Section.

There was no other immediate information, Herrera said.
