Chef Jordan Kahn Cooking Up Experimental Restaurant in Culver City
The restaurant will carry an architecture theme down to the menu and will seat only two guests on two nights.

CULVER CITY, CA -- A year after opening Destroyer in Culver City without fanfare or publicity, chef Jordan Kahn is opening a new restaurant that seats 22, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The new restaurant, Vespertine, is located in the building across from Destroyer in Culver City's Hayden Tract, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The restaurant is three years in the making and Kahn is working with architect Eric Owen Moss to bring his vision to fruition, the Times reported. The restaurant will carry an architecture theme right down to the menu, according to the Times.

Vespertine, opening this spring, won't be a typical lunch-and-dinner place. It will feature a $250 tasting menu twice a night for two guests, according to the Times.
