Culver City Camera Store Burglary Suspect Cut Hole In Roof
A suspect who burglarized a Culver City camera store reportedly cut a hole in the roof to get inside.
CULVER CITY, CA — A suspect who burglarized a camera store in Culver City by cutting a hole in the roof remains at large, and police Tuesday put out a call for information that helps identify the thief.
The burglary occurred about 10:15 p.m. Sunday at Samy's Camera, located at 4411 Sepulveda Blvd., according to the Culver City Police Department. Authorities say the damage is estimated at $100,000.00.
A witness called officers to report that the suspect was "on the roof of the business, throwing boxes down toward the suspect vehicle, which was idling in the alley," police said.

A perimeter was established and a drone was deployed in an unsuccessful search for the suspect, according to police. No suspect description was available.
