Throughout the last six months, the man was reportedly exposed himself to female victims as he drove his car near them, police said.
CULVER CITY, CA -- A suspected serial flasher in Culver City was caught Wednesday, police said.
Throughout the last six months, the man was reportedly exposed himself to female victims as he drove his car near them, Culver City police said.
In all these incidents, the suspect drove off before police can arrive. The Culver City Police Department did not disclose how he was caught or his identity.
