Culver City's Fiesta La Ballona Kicks Off Friday Afternoon

Fiesta La Ballona, also known as Culver City's "Party in the Park" kicks off a weekend of festivities Friday at Veterans Park.

From Friday afternoon until Sunday, the festival will feature carnival rides, games, booths with local vendors and multiple live performances, organizers said.

Admission to the festival, along with all live performances are free and open to the public. Food, drink and carnival rides come at an additional cost.

According to organizers, wristbands can also be purchased for carnival rides and will be good for unlimited rides from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Wristbands cost $20 if purchased in advance or $25 at the festival.

Veterans Park is located at 4117 Overland Avenue in Culver City. Free parking will be available at Sony Pictures Studios and in Veterans Park. For more information visit Fiesta La Ballona's official website.
