Man Rescued From Overturned Car In Culver City
Authorities rescued a man who'd been trapped in an overturned car on Sepulveda Boulevard in Culver City late Saturday.
CULVER CITY, CA — A man was helped out of his overturned car in Culver City Saturday.
Police learned of the trapped man around 10:25 p.m. and headed to the 5200 block of Sepulveda Boulevard to investigate, according to Sgt. Chris Ferrier, of the Culver City Police Department.
"Officers arrived and found one adult male in the overturned vehicle," he said, adding that two parked cars were also damaged in the crash. "The fire department arrived shortly after and extracted the patient without the use of any tools."

The patient was taken to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Westwood with non-life-threatening injuries.
No one else was injured, Ferrier said.

The southbound side of Sepulveda was closed at Lucerne Avenue for about 45 minutes.
