Pedestrian Killed On 405 Freeway Transition Road
A pedestrian was struck and killed on a 405 Freeway transition road early Friday morning.
CULVER CITY, CA — A pedestrian was struck by a car and killed early Friday morning on a transition road between the 405 and 90 freeways, according to authorities.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the transition road between the southbound 405 and westbound 90 at around 4:25 a.m. in response to a call that a pedestrian had been struck by an Infiniti sedan, according to the CHP.
The victim was pronounced dead by Culver City Fire Department paramedics at the scene. The person has not been publicly identified.

The transition road was shut down for under three hours after the fatal crash.
