Police Use Naloxone To Help Fentanyl Overdose Victim At Motel
Officers used Naloxone to help revive a man who overdosed on fentanyl, police said.

CULVER CITY, CA — Officers helped a man who overdosed on fentanyl at a motel in Culver City, using Naloxone, or Narcan, to help revive him, police said.
Officers found an unconscious man inside a motel room in the 3900 block of Sepulveda Boulevard Friday at around 2 a.m., according to the Culver City Police Department.
CCPD officers administered Narcan to the victim and revived him, police said. Culver City firefighters transported the victim to a hospital for further medical treatment.

Naloxone is sold under the name Narcan and can help treat overdoses in an emergency.
The victim is expected to make a full recovery due to the quick response from officers, firefighters and paramedics, police said.
