Bay Club To Acquire Crow Canyon Country Club
The company said it plans to embark on a "multi-million-dollar facility expansion."

DANVILLE, CA — The Bay Club Company announced Thursday that it is purchasing the Crow Canyon Country Club for an undisclosed amount. Bay Club said in a news release that it plans to “continue their investment in the East Bay by embarking on a multi-million-dollar facility expansion of Crow Canyon” after talking to staff and members.
"Our focus on growth remains resolute as we welcome Crow Canyon into the Bay Club family. This acquisition heralds a series of upcoming additions set to fortify our portfolio over the next 12-18 months,” Bay Club President and CEO Matthew Stevens said in a statement. “Crow Canyon provides a natural extension of our presence along the East Bay 680 corridor, being equidistant to our existing 180,000 square foot clubs in Walnut Creek and Pleasanton, further strengthening our active lifestyle portfolio throughout the Bay Area.”
Bay Club is a rapidly-expanding hospitality company that owns and operates its own brand clubs, spas, and fitness centers across the West Coast. The company said its acquisition of Crow Canyon marks a “pivotal step forward” on the company’s plans to acquire more than 25 new locations by the end of the year.
