Danville Invited to Mayor's Installation & Community Service Awards

Each year, the community gathers to honor individuals and organization who have made a difference in the Town of Danville.

From the City of Danville: Danville Mayor Karen Stepper invites the community to come out Tuesday, December 6, 2016 for the 35th Annual Mayor's Installation and Community Service Awards.

Each year, the community gathers to honor individuals and organization who have made a difference in the Town of Danville. For the third year, the event will be held at the Village Theatre and Art Gallery, 233 Front Street.

A Meet and Greet with the Town Council will take place at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Mayor’s Installation and Community Service Awards at 7:00 p.m.
After the award presentations, Councilmembers Newell Arnerich and Renee Morgan, and new Councilmember Lisa Blackwell, will take their oath of office. The Town Council will then elect the Mayor and Vice Mayor for 2017.

Come join the community in thanking Councilmember Mike Doyle for his 25 years of service to the Town of Danville.

After the event concludes, the community is invited to attend a reception in the Art Gallery.
