Danville PD To Host Drug Take Back Day

DANVILLE, CA — The Danville Police Department will participate in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day next weekend, offering neighbors an easy way to safely dispose of unused or expired medication.

Law enforcement agencies across the country partner with the Drug Enforcement Administration to hold the events each year, which together have collected millions of pounds of medication.

Danville's four-hour event will take place April 27 at the police department on La Gonda Way.
