Danville Sports Bar Among Best In East Bay: Eater SF

See which Danville sports bar Eater San Francisco said is one of the 10 best in the East Bay.

DANVILLE, CA — There's something about watching a big game in a bar that hits a little bit different. The atmosphere is electric, and made even better by great beer and grub. Primo's Pizzeria & Pub in Danville is one of the best spots in the East Bay for that special experience, according to a new list from Eater San Francisco.

Primo's has two things everyone enjoys in spades: pizza and TV. The Hartz Avenue restaurant and bar offers 39 TVs both inside and on its outdoor patio. As you watch the game, you can enjoy a huge pizza menu offering everything from classic Margherita to Hawaiian to vegetarian to Thai chicken to "The Godfather": a fan favorite that includes garlic, sausage, mushrooms, marinated tomatoes, and fresh basil.

The extensive menu also offers a lengthy list of appetizers, entrees like hamburgers, chicken wraps, tacos, and grilled cheese, a full pasta menu, a kid's menu, brunch menu, lunch specials, and a happy hour. Primo's also offers a full beer and wine list, as well as 35 beers on draft.
