The issue of juniors and seniors eating lunch off-campus isn't black and white: Combined, there's nearly 1,100 junior and senior students at San Ramon Valley High.
Principal Ruth Steele explained at forum Thursday evening that the school doesn't have the manpower to check such a high volume of students going on and off campus throughout the day.
