4 Davis Artists Chosen for Annual KVIE Auction
The auction starts Friday, September 23 from 9pm to 11pm and continues Saturday and Sunday, September 24 and 25 from noon to 10 pm.

Four Davis artists will see their work auctioned off on TV alongside renowned local artists this September.
"KVIE Public Television is pleased to announce that four Davis artists, who submitted their art to the annual juried competition, were chosen to be included in KVIE’s Art Auction collection," according to a release sent on Monday.
Those four are: Roma Devanbu’s ink on paper titled “Baroda,” Christopher Dewees’ relief print titled “Humboldt Squid,” Isabel Shaskan’s acrylic on canvas titled “Heartbroken- Heart of the Matter,” and Mahin Vadi’s oil on paper titled “Coffee Table Flowers.”

"These works will be featured in the live, televised auction that celebrates KVIE’s thirty years of creating an accessible venue to bring art into the homes of Northern Californians," according to the release.
The auction begins Friday, September 23 from 8 pm to 11 pm and continues Saturday and Sunday, September 24 and 25 from noon to 10 pm.

A complete list of winners and art accepted into the collection is online at kvie.org/artauction. Images and information about all the art up-for-bid will launch in September, according to the KVIE release.
