Holiday Tree Lighting and Gusty Winds (VIDEO)
Watch the tree sway in the wind after the bulbs are lit.
The Holiday Tree Lighting was Thursday night, and many people gathered in the E Street Plaza to watch despite strong, cold winds that have affected states from Utah to California.
The video above captures the countdown and the tree lighting itself. Shortly after the bulbs are illuminated, you can see them shaking in the wind while they tree bends back and forth.
