Ben Lewis – Ben Lewis is a classically-trained singer/songwriter-turned-“folk crooner” from Davis. While Ben has been gigging bars, cafés and festivals around Davis for the last 10 years, his favorite venues continue to be campfires, kitchen tables and front porches.
4:30 pm
Travis Vick – Travis Vick, a singer/songwriter from Manteca, named his first EP “Player Piano” for good reason: while he writes or plays music, he envisions himself pushing the keys and pedals on his inner music-maker that keeps his creativity flowing. The end result is soft and beautiful acoustic music with poignant, poetic lyrcs.
6:00 pm
Cedar & Boyer with Holly McGarry – Cedar & Boyer are a folk duo from North Idaho. They’ve recently been touring and collaborating with Holly McGarry, 18-year old singer of haunting folk with soul.
7:30 pm
Shayna and The Bulldog - Shayna and the Bulldog (“SatB”) make their home in the idyllic town of Davis, California. A picturesque land of farmhouses, spotted owls, and weather vanes, Davis provides a perfect backdrop for the music of SatB, whose chamber pop rock stylings evoke the warm sun and wildflowers of their northern California roots.
9:00 pm
Opus Orange - Opus Orange cleverly masters the art of combining early California classic rock with a ukulele and a toy piano. With recent tv spots on Grey’s Anatomy and Apple and Buick commercials, the band is beginning to receive national attention.
10:30 pm
Boca do Rio – Boca do Rio is an Afro-Brazilian world music group “San Francisco and Brazil and everywhere in between.” With samba, baião, and samba-reggae beats mixed with hints of indie rock, it’s difficult to find a reason not to dance.
