'Unicorn' Lost By Calif. 5-Year-Old Girl, Captured By Highway Patrol
Madera area CHP officers were just a little surprised to find the one-horned mythical animal roaming the highway after a three hour chase.
MADERA - It was a call for help rarely heard by officers of the California Highway Patrol.
When a unicorn ran away from a child’s birthday party near Madera, officers were summoned to catch the mythical beast.
Apparently, someone at the party had grabbed the unicorn’s horn, which startled the animal.

The unicorn, aka Juliette, was nabbed after a three hour chase that led officers through local orchards and agricultural fields.
The 5-year-old girl that owns Juliette says the animal may have to go into “time out.”
