Davis High School's Nick Watney played well in the opening round of the US Open. He ended the day tied with Tiger Woods (and three others) at -1. That's three strokes behind leader Michael Thompson, who ended the day at -4. Watney shot an albatross (or double eagle) on the par-5 17th hole. You can watch the shot in the video above.
