Weekend Weather: It's Going to be Hot!

Don't forget the sunblock lotion if you plan on being outdoors this weekend. Better yet, be sure to find shade, too, as it's going to be a hot one in Davis, with temperatures nearing the triple-digits throughout the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

According to NOAA, weekend temperatures in Davis are likely to remain in the upper-90s to low-100s, with mostly sunny skies and and light winds.

Here's how it breaks down day by day, according to NOAA:

Saturday: Sunny and hot, with a high near 97. Light and variable winds becoming west 5 to 8 mph in the afternoon. Clear, with a low around 57. West wind around 8-11 mph becoming south in the evening.

Sunday: Sunny and hot, with a high near 97. South southeast wind around 7 mph becoming west southwest in the morning. Clear, with a low around 57.

I don't want to make anybody jealous, but I'll be spending the weekend on a lake with some friends, happily submerging myself under water as needed. What are you up to this weekend?
