Davis's Biggest Transportation Needs Are?

What area of transportation needs to most immediate improvement in Davis? Whether it has to do with bikes, cars, walking or public transit, the city is holding an open house Wednesday night in hopes of getting community input.

The results will be used to update the city's General Plan as it relates to transportation. City staff is looking for answers to the following questions: 

• What transportation goals should be set?
• How should transportation projects be prioritized?
• What transportation needs should be addressed?

"Attendees may come and go anytime during the open house and stay for as long as they like," according to a release from the City of Davis. "But participation may require approximately 20-30 minutes. Staff and advisory group members will be available to provide information, answer questions, and assist as needed."
