6:50 am – Suspicious person seen at the apartments. White male dressed in all black, carrying something that appeared similar to a stick. The long-haired man was wandering around the plot with his white 80s-model Toyota left running.

8:26 am – A transient woman in her 50s was using bicycle-storage boxes as shelter. Has a tent set up on the west corner of the park and ride on County Road 32A.

12:13 pm – A female was approached at the Safeway on Cowell Boulevard by male subjects who wanted her phone number. The female gave the number and was upset. 

2:31 pm – Two large banners and one small banner were taken from Davis Community Church on C Street. Each banner is worth about $150.

3:01 pm – The reporting party was receiving sexual text messages from an unknown person.

4:29 pm – A man in his mid-30s was loitering in front of the Safeway on Cowell Boulevard with a sign that said “Will Work for Weed.”
