Woodland Man Dies In Solano County Crash
His car crashed into a tree, killing him, CHP official said.
YOLO and SOLANO COUNTIES, CA — A 78-year old Woodland man died Friday evening when his vehicle crashed into a tree in Solano County. The man was driving a silver Audi west on Interstate Highway 80 to northbound state Highway 113 around 6:40 p.m. when he went off the road and hit a tree, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene and the cause of the crash is under investigation, CHP officials said.
