Carmel Valley Road Blocked Due to Overturned Cement Truck
Drivers should avoid the roadway, which was closed to traffic around 1 p.m. Tuesday.
CARMEL VALLEY, CA - The intersection of Carmel Mountain Road and Equestrian Ridge Court in Carmel Valley is closed until further notice, officials said just before 1 p.m. Tuesday.
San Diego police alerted around 1:30 p.m. that the roadway remained blocked off due to a traffic accident involving an overturned cement truck. No injuries had been reported at that time.
Drivers should plan to circumvent the affected area to avoid congestion.
