Cal Poly Police Seek Leads, Release Sketch in Sexual Battery Report
Cal Poly Pomona police released a composite sketch of a man suspected of a July 28 case of sexual battery in a campus restroom.

Cal Poly Pomona police released a composite sketch Thursday of a man suspected of a July 28 sexual battery in a campus restroom.
The suspect is described as a 40-year-old black male between five-foot-ten and six feet tall, weighing about 350 pounds.
The victim said the suspect had short hair, a clean shave, and yellow teeth with one upper-right tooth missing.

The suspect was also described as having three skull tattoos across his chest.
The victim, a female custodian, said she was cleaning a men's restroom near the running track and parking lot K around 12:45 p.m. on July 28 when a man in a black tank-top, blue denim pants, and white tennis shoes appeared and forced her against a stall before exposing himself and demanding that she perform a sexual act.

The victim said a noise outside the restroom then startled the man and he fled.
University police are still looking for leads in the case and asking anyone for information that may assist in the investigation to call (909) 869-3399.
Members of the Cal Poly campus community are asked to be aware of their surroundings, travel with others when possible, and notify authorities of suspicious activities by calling campus police, using any Code Blue call boxes or by dialing (909) 869-3070 from a cell phone.
Cell phone calls to 911 on campus are routed to the California Highway Patrol.
