Do you know about the City of Walnut Housing Rehabilitation Program? 

The program provides grants and loans to qualified low to moderate income homeowners of single family detached residences to make needed home improvements.

If your home is in need of a new roof or window replacements, grants of up to $12,500 are available to address eligible home improvements.
