The Walnut Valley Educational Foundation will send in the teddy bears on April 30 to help raise funds for teacher mini-grants throughout the district.
The organization's 15th annual Teddy Bear Tea will feature a tea, luncheon, a silent and live auction, and a raffle of teddy bears decorated by Diamond Bar and Walnut supporters.
The bears available during the auction will include those showcasing school spirit — like one bear showing off his Brahma gear — and others designed by schools, parents, and clubs throughout the district.
