Congressman Garamendi Enters Primary with Strong Fundraising Numbers

Walnut Grove, CA – At the final reporting period before the June 5th primary election, Congressman John Garamendi continued his strong fundraising.

"We raised $132,688 in the last four week period, bringing our total raised this cycle to $974,122. Our grassroots campaign is running at full speed with a full-time headquarters in Davis and volunteer operations in every county and major city, allowing our volunteers reach out to over 50,000 voters throughout the district.  We recently hit the airwaves with our second television advertisement and our highway and lawn sign campaign is well under way.”

The new Third Congressional District includes all or portions of Glenn, Colusa, Yuba, Sutter, Yolo, Solano and Sacramento counties. The primary election is June 5th; early voting began May 7th.
