Dixon Little League All Stars Win Second Game of All-Star Tourney
Dixon faces the Davis American All Stars tonight in the third game of the All Star Tournament.
The Dixon Little League All Stars continue to dominate in this year’s All Star Tournament. Last night, the 9-10 Division All Stars beat the Woodland National All Stars 16-12.
“In the first two innings, the whole squad was basically hitting,” Coach Mike Del Mugnaio said. “We were up 16 to nothing in the second inning.”
Pitcher Kobe Peters started off the game, and was pulled early to preserve his pitch count Coach Del Mugnaio said. Pitchers Charles Bernhart and Dawson Dwyer pitched the rest of the game.
