2250 Suspicious Persons on the Linear Park between Evans Rd / Gateway Plaza. Four subjects playing Pokemon.
2255 Noise Disturbance in an alley between E. Mayes and E. Broadway Sts.
2200 – 0600 Multiple subjects on foot and in vehicles contacted in Silveyville Cemetery throughout the evening playing Pokemon.

0106 Suspicious person in the 1500 block of Pembroke Way.
0129 Suspicious circumstance in the 2800 block of West A St resulted in the arrest of Kristina Stormey Balija, (24) of American Canyon. Balija was contacted in a parking lot and found to have two misdemeanor no-cite Napa County Warrants for possession of a controlled substances (11350 HS and 11377 HS). Incident to arrest, two glass methamphetamine pipes were discovered in Balija’s possession. Balija was transported to Solano County Jail and upon being booked into Solano County Jail, Balija was also found to be in possession of a hypodermic syringe and methamphetamine, in violation of 4573 PC, felony.
0226 Suspicious circumstance in the 600 block of Walnut Park Dr.
0258 Juvenile disturbance in the 100 block of North 1st St.
0259 Traffic stop in the 300 block of North 1st St resulted in the arrest of Damonte Quatrail Robinson, (28) of Dixon for 23152(a) VC-DUI and 23152(b) VC- DUI BAC>.08. Robinson’s 2003 Honda Civic was towed and Robinson was cited and released from Dixon PD.

She was also found to have a warrant for 853.7 PC –Failure to Appear and 2 warrants for 1203.2 PC – Probation Violations. She was transported to the Solano County Jail.
