0011 Report of a fight in the 100 block of South 1st Street. Caller stated a subject was bloody and on the ground. Bloody subject was contacted and it turned out he was the aggressor and didn’t win the fight.

0137 Suspicious vehicle check in the 2500 block of Plaza Court.
0139 Security check in the 1300 block of Commercial Way for a subject who was seen sleep walking in front of the RP’s hotel room and he was too afraid to approach the sleep walker. No sleep walker was located.
0205 Report of intoxicated subjects in the 100 block of South 1st Street refusing to give the bartender their empty glasses. They were gone upon arrival.

1515 While an officer was monitoring the video monitors of the B Street under crossing, Michael Glynn (45) of Dixon was seen smoking methamphetamine in the tunnel. He was contacted and arrested. He was taken to county jail.
