Duo Wanted In Solano Co. Robbery, Attempted Murder Now In Custody

The pair is accused of restraining two guards, shooting one of them in the leg, in 2017 at a marijuana grow on Gates Canyon Road.

VACAVILLE, CA — Solano County sheriff's deputies on Thursday arrested two suspects in an attempted murder and marijuana robbery in 2017. Mark Alan Graham, 52, fled from sheriff's deputies who were serving him a search warrant Thursday.

Graham fled his apartment on Marshall Road in Vacaville and ran through a creek, according to the sheriff's office.

Graham encountered a work crew and asked the workers to hide him. The workers locked him in their box truck and flagged down Vacaville police officers who also were searching for him.

A second suspect in the attempted murder and marijuana robbery, Matthew Michael Quinn, 34, was arrested Thursday in Solano County Jail, where he was being held for a probation violation. Both men are scheduled to be arraigned in Solano County Superior Court Monday afternoon.

Graham and Quinn allegedly restrained two guards and shot one of them in the leg at a marijuana grow on Gates Canyon Road near Vacaville on Sept. 19, 2017. They allegedly left with cash and a Ford F-150 truck and trailer containing marijuana plants. They were linked to the crimes by DNA
evidence, according to the sheriff's office.
