Sunday's Big Give Event to Incorporate Free Medical Exams

is hosting our Back-to-School Big Give again this year. In addition to free back packs, school supplies, hair cuts, etc., we're offering free medical exams for any adult in Dixon who doesn't have insurance.

The 5th Annual Big Give takes place Sunday, July 29, at in Dixon, 2-4 p.m. 

A team of doctors from Kaiser Permanente Vacaville will be on site to offer basic check up exams and/or check out any specific issues that someone may need to have examined.

Qualified nurses will take basic vitals and assist. Any adult is welcome whether they have children getting back packs or not.  Those who come for backpacks have to wait in line for their turn, but if an adult wants a medical exam, they don't have to wait.  They can just come to the front of the line and get their name on the list for a check up.  This opportunity may not be available for another year - so we hope people will take advantage of this.
