These Chihuahuas Were Found on West F Street Thursday

We received this message from Patch user Kelly Schultz on Friday: 

These little fur-kids are looking for their parents. Can you please share this so they can find them. I found the little cuties running around in front of my house on W. F St. In Dixon yesterday with no tags. They are sweet and well behaved, so I'm sure they belong to someone. Please help me get them home.
