AVI To Collect Textiles From Dublin Residents
Items must be clean and dry clothing, stuffed animals, bedding, and towels.
During the week of October 7 to 11, Amador Valley Industries (AVI) will collect textiles for recycling and re-use from Dublin residences. AVI collects textiles the first full week of October, January, April, and July. Items must be clean and dry clothing, stuffed animals, bedding, and towels.
Residents must call to notify AVI that they have textiles to be collected at least seven days in advance of the collection event. Place acceptable textiles in a clear plastic bag at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your scheduled trash collection day. Textiles will be collected by a separate driver who may service your block earlier or later than regular trash service vehicles. Please make sure bags are visible at the curb. Do not place bags on or behind carts. Tax-deductible receipts will not be provided.
