LIVERMORE, CA — The weather's been a little moody in recent days, to put it lightly. But on Christmas, the rain clouds cleared just enough to make way for a Christmas rainbow to bless the Tri-Valley. Ryan Gancos shared this photo from of the heavenly rainbow from Murdell Lane in Livermore.
