Chip Cookies Opens In Dublin

This marks the first Tri-Valley location of the stores with weekly rotating cookie menus.

DUBLIN, CA — Whenever times get tough, just know that you can enjoy a different set of freshly-baked cookies each week.

Chip Cookies, a national dessert restaurant that offers a rotating menu of cookies each week, recently opened a new location at 6851 Amador Plaza Road in Dublin, inside Shamrock Plaza. This is the third Chip Cookies location in the East Bay, following locations in Walnut Creek and Brentwood.

Each week, there's a new Chip of the Week, which this week is a shortbread cookie dipped in chocolate and topped with toasted caramel coconut filling and chocolate. Other options include an Autism Acceptance Sugar Chip (sugar cookie with blue frosting and rainbow sprinkles), a classic chocolate chip cookie, a sugar cookie. There are also several gourmet options like the Tres Leches Chip (handmade butter cookie infused with sweetened, condensed milk, and topped with whipped cream, cinnamon, and sugar, among many others.

Guests can order online and have events catered. They can also visit Sunday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. Call 702-885-2733 for more information.
