Dublin Condo Tops The List Of The Most Affordable Homes In The Tri-Valley: Report

The 1-bedroom Dublin condo, which was recently sold, went for a surprisingly low amount.

DUBLIN, CA — A condo in Dublin ranked as the cheapest home to be sold in the Tri-Valley last week, according to a list compiled by the East Bay Times.

The condo, built in 2007, at The Terraces of Dublin Ranch Villages recently sold for $173,254, the Times reported.

For comparison, another one bedroom condo within the same property sold for $346,254 on Oct. 21, according to Zillow.

The overall average price of real estate in Danville, San Ramon, Dublin and Pleasanton last week was $1.7 million — $722 per square foot.

This 840-square-foot condo, located at 3400 block of Finnian Way, sold at $206 per square foot.
