Dublin Hosting 2 Community Meetings On Fallon 580 Project
The project proposes developing 192 acres of undeveloped land east of Fallon Road north of I-580.

DUBLIN, CA — Dublin is hosting two community meetings to discuss the proposed Dublin Fallon 580 Project, a plan to develop 192 acres of undeveloped land east of Fallon Road north of I-580, on both sides of Croak Road. The proposed project would eliminate the Public/Semi-Public uses and convert 42.6 acres of Open Space to Parks/Public-Recreation; increase commercial and office uses to up to 3.2 million square feet, and subdivide the project site into 11 parcels.
Though no development has yet been proposed, requested approvals include a General Plan and Eastern Dublin Specific Plan Amendment, Planned Development Zoning with a Stage 1 Development Plan Amendment, and a Stage 2 Development Plan, Vesting Tentative Maps, and a Development Agreement.
The meeting are scheduled Wednesday at 7 p.m. and Thursday at 6 p.m. Both meetings will provide the same information, and are viewable here.
