Dublin Restaurant Has Best Breakfast Sandwich In The Bay: Mercury News

DUBLIN, CA — To start your morning strong, head to Dublin, where Egg Happiness makes one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the Bay Area, according to the Bay Area News Group. Out of the newspaper's nine selections, four were in the Tri-Valley.

The paper raved about any of the egg sandwiches, which boast eggs with the "pillowy consistency of Gordon Ramsay’s famously slow-stirred eggs", which are mixed with cheese, the house signature sauce, and other ingredients on toasted brioche. At the South Korean-themed store on 4288 Dublin Boulevard, a robot with trays and a cartoon cat face serves all manner of Korean food, from tacos to burritos to bulgogi beef, to popular egg toast to scones, pastries, and burritos. Guests can also enjoy a variety of Korean coffees and teas.

The store is open 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

The paper also shouted out Slow G's Eatery in Danville, and Muffin Lab and Egghead Sando Cafe in San Ramon.
