Grocery Outlet To Open In Dublin
Shoppers can receive up to $1000 in free groceries, and gift cards up to $500.

DUBLIN, CA — Inflation-weary Dubliners can celebrate the arrival of Grocery Outlet, an affordable supermarket opening April 4 at 7991 Amador Valley Boulevard, the former location of Big Lots. The new store will be 14,000 square feet, a company spokesperson told Patch.
The Emeryville-based chain is known for its low prices on overstock and closeout products from private-label groceries. It offers a full range of foods, as well as produce, meat, beer, wine, and health and beauty products. Each Grocery Outlet market is also operated by local residents.
“We are so thrilled to be a part of the Dublin community and provide much-needed relief with big savings on quality groceries,” operators Harjinder and Sukhi Bhatti wrote in an email. “This partnership with Grocery Outlet gives us the ability to grow our business, create new jobs and more importantly, give back to the local community.”
The market is currently hiring for up to 25 positions. See here to apply.

The first 100 customers to enter the store will also receive gift cards ranging from $5 to $500, and all shoppers will receive a free, limited-edition reusable bag while supplies last.
