If you’re reading this, I’m guessing we have at least two things in common:

  1. You have an unabashed love for pumpkin spice coffee drinks.
  2. You are bougie on a budget. Going to Starbucks every day is not in the cards.

I’m here to preach the gospel today: Making a rockstar, knockoff iced pumpkin coffee drink that tastes so much like the elusive Starbucks pumpkin cream cold brew or pumpkin spice latte is totally doable at home, without the marked up price tag!

You only need 5 minutes and 4 ingredients (plus, well, coffee) to make this festive fall recipe that’s loaded with authentic pumpkin spice goodness, sweetened with warm and cozy maple syrup and a kiss of real pumpkin. None of that fake stuff you’d get from a store-bought pumpkin spice syrup.

This cozy iced pumpkin coffee drink will get you bright-eyed n’ bushy-tailed ASAP, no special equipment needed.

Easy enough to throw together on a weekday morning, but so yummy that you’ll savor the pumpkin spice coffee vibes all the way through your commute — if it lasts that long. You can even make the pumpkin coffee creamer the night before, then mix it in with your coffee and ice before you run out the door to conquer the world with your bootleg pumpkin spice latte!

This drink can totally be made into a hot drink or vegan recipe. Swap the half-and-half for canned coconut milk and call it a day. Just as delicious.
