DUBLIN, CA — Three masked suspects stole approximately $12,000 in merchandise from Dick's Sporting Goods on 2820 Dublin Boulevard on Monday, July 28, according to the Dublin Police Services.
At around 12:57 p.m. July 28, DPS units responded to reports of a grand theft at the store. Two Black male adults and one Black female adult, all wearing facial coverings, stole approximately $12,000 before taking off in a gray Acura TLX, DPS Captain Miguel Campos said.
Dublin police located the Acura on westbound I-580 and attempted a traffic stop, but the car did not stop, and weaved quickly in and out of traffic. Police chose not to continue the chase for safety reasons, and the investigation is ongoing. The suspects remain at-large as of Monday, Aug. 4.
