Photos: Dublin Celebrates National Night Out

DUBLIN, CA - The Dublin community showed up in droves for National Night Out, a national celebration of community support for local law enforcement. Local leaders, police officers and firefighters stopped by numerous block parties and barbecues to meet with the people they serve. A few lucky kids even got to drive fire trucks and sit in helicopters.

"Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate National Night Out in the City of Dublin last night!" the City of Dublin wrote in a social media post. "What a great turnout from neighbors all across the city! We enjoyed getting to know our residents in such a fun and friendly atmosphere! Special thanks to @dublincapolice @alamedacofire, @chpdublin, and Parks Reserve Forces Training Area (Camp Parks)!"
