Quarry Lane to Offer STEM After School Program
Quarry Lane School's Pleasanton West campus will offer a STEM-focused after school program for students in TK-grade 5.
Discover the wonders of STEM at Quarry Lane’s STEM-focused after-school program. Designed for students in TK/K through grade 5, the STEM Explorers Club offers an immersive, engaging learning experience that pairs creativity with critical thinking to bolster and enrich students’ STEM knowledge.
Through inquiry, investigation, collaboration, and innovation, Explorers will develop crucial 21st century skills and gain a deeper understanding of STEM concepts in the real world. Key skills that will be developed throughout the program include, design thinking, programming and coding, critical analysis , digital literacy, scientific inquiry, and problem solving.
The program will be offered at Quarry Lane's Pleasanton West Campus located on Black Ave and will run from school dismissal through 6:00 pm. Transportation will be offered from select PUSD schools. To learn more, visit https://www.quarrylane.org/adm...
