$10K Reward Offered For Suspect In 2019 Fatal Shooting
Police said Juan Carlos Solis has been identified in the killing of 33-year-old Victor Gomez-Rios.
EAST PALO ALTO, CA — Authorities in East Palo Alto are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Juan Carlos Solis, the suspect in a 2019 shooting that left one man dead.
Police said Solis has been identified in the killing of 33-year-old Victor Gomez-Rios, who was found shot in his vehicle in the 1800 block of East Bayshore Road on Sept. 7, 2019.
Solis remains at large.

The reward was announced Tuesday by group Mothers Against Murder in partnership with the East Palo Alto Police Department. A flyer with a 2019 photograph of Solis is being distributed to assist in the search.
"Our community's help is vital in bringing closure to this family and ensuring accountability for this violent crime," the Police Department said in a statement.
